This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic legal environment, working closely with lawyers and Partners.<\/p>\n<h2>Responsibilities<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Conduct legal research and analysis on Swiss and international legal issues<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Draft and review legal memorandum, internal summaries, and case notes<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Assist in the preparation of client presentations, legal documentation, and contracts<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Support attorneys in ongoing cases, transactions, and regulatory matters<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Help ensure compliance with internal legal and administrative procedures<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Attend internal meetings and legal briefings<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Provide administrative and organizational support as needed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Requirements<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li class=\"p1\">Recently completed a Bachelor or Master of Law (MLaw) degree with a GPA of 5.5 or higher (on the Swiss 6.0 scale)<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Demonstrated interest in business law, litigation, or international legal matters<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Excellent analytical, research, and writing skills<\/li>\n<li class=\"p1\">Fluent in German and English (both written and spoken);
