He focuses on advising Swiss and international clients mainly in corporate, M&amp;A and contract law matters. In addition, he represents clients before courts and authorities both in Switzerland and internationally.<\/p>\n<p>Prior to joining LINDEMANNLAW, Emmanouil Kazakos worked for many years in the legal departments of Swissport and Bank Vontobel as well as for business law firms in Zurich.
