Er ber\u00e4t Unternehmen, Finanzinstitute und Family Offices in der Schweiz, Liechtenstein, der EU und den USA zu komplexen grenz\u00fcberschreitenden rechtlichen, regulatorischen und Compliance-Fragestellungen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Bevor er zu Lindemann Law stiess, war Thomas viele Jahre als General Counsel und Head of Legal, Risk &amp; Compliance einer internationalen Finanzgruppe t\u00e4tig und Mitglied des Group Management Board. Seine Laufbahn umfasst leitende juristische und Compliance-Funktionen bei der LGT Bank sowie Beratungsmandate in der Versicherungs-, Verm\u00f6gensverwaltungs- und Treuhandbranche.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Seine Schwerpunkte liegen im Gesellschafts- und Regulierungsrecht, in Governance und Risikomanagement, bei M&amp;A-Transaktionen, in der Finanzmarktregulierung (FINMA, FMA, SEC, MiFID II, MiCAR) sowie in immobilienrechtlichen Fragestellungen. Er verbindet strategisches Urteilsverm\u00f6gen mit praktischer regulatorischer Erfahrung und ist regelm\u00e4ssig in Governance-, Risiko- und M&amp;A-Projekten engagiert.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Thomas ist Urkundsperson im Kanton Schwyz, Mitglied mehrerer Verwaltungsr\u00e4te und in den Anwaltsverb\u00e4nden des Kantons Schwyz und der Schweiz zugelassen.<\/p>\n<p>Sprachen: Deutsch, Englisch (flie\u00dfend), Polnisch
