He has led digital and service strategies, developed products and services end-to-end, and drove growth through targeted marketing initiatives. From employee enablement to process, tool, and system optimization, all the way to strengthening customer centricity and corporate culture.
In parallel, he spent many years as a lecturer in Strategic Design Thinking, Customer Centricity, and Digital Product & Service Innovation; he currently teaches Customer Psychology and Behavior at HWZ Zurich. He holds a Master of Design from HS Anhalt at the Bauhaus Dessau.
