As member of our tax team, he also provides services such as complex tax declarations, family office setups, financial architecture design, financial health checks for ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) holding structures, M&amp;A financial due diligence, and cash flow and liquidity scenario planning for private clients.<\/p>\n<p>With over 20 years of senior finance leadership across diverse industries, such as family offices, asset management, and international finance\u2014Frederic brings deep expertise in controlling, accounting, risk management, and financial systems. He has held key leadership roles as Head of Finance and Finance Director in companies such as Swiss Life, Credit Suisse, Casino Admiral in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Qatar.<\/p>\n<p>Frederic holds an MBA (Lic. Oec. HSG) from the University of St. Gallen and is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) from CFA Institute and certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP). Known for his operational excellence, strategic mindset, and hands-on leadership style, he combines analytical strength with a collaborative spirit to deliver impactful financial outcomes.<\/p>\n<p>Languages: German (native), English (fluent), and proficient in
