Nazik El Mahjoubi advises ultra-high-net-worth individuals, international entrepreneurs, family offices, and financial institutions on complex banking, regulatory, and cross-border matters.

At LINDEMANNLAW, she focuses on Banking & Financial Services Regulation and Litigation & Dispute Resolution, representing a highly international clientele, including global business leaders and Forbes-listed billionaires. Her work spans Switzerland, Luxembourg, and the MENA region, with particular strength in French- and Arabic-language mandates and Islamic finance structures.

Her practice includes regulatory architecture for digital banks and multi-asset platforms (Crypto / TradFi), AMC structuring and securitisation, ethical and Islamic wealth structuring, and strategic regulatory engagement with supervisory authorities. She drafts and negotiates sophisticated financing and regulatory documentation and represents clients in contentious and high-stakes proceedings.

Previously, she held senior leadership roles at IG Bank S.A. in Geneva, TMF Services SA and at Alpian SA (digital private banking). In these positions, she managed legal teams, structured capital market agreements, implemented FINMA-compliant policies (AMLA, FINSA/FINSO), oversaw outsourcing and risk governance frameworks, and advised boards on strategic legal matters.

Her earlier career includes wealth management compliance at BNP Paribas Suisse, as well as legal practice in Luxembourg and Dubai, where she handled complex civil and commercial litigation, corporate structuring, cross-border transactions, and regulatory matters across Europe and the Middle East.

Nazik holds a Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in International Tax (Lausanne) and an MBA in Ethical Finance. She is fluent in French, Arabic, and English, with professional knowledge of German.
