Key Responsibilities of a Marketing Manager
As Marketing Manager, you will own and elevate our entire brand experience across digital platforms. You will combine data-driven strategy, high-conversion performance marketing, and premium content storytelling to position LINDEMANNLAW as a global thought leader and category-defining legal brand.
This is not just a marketing role — it’s a creative and strategic leadership position at the core of the firm’s identity and international expansion.
- Strategic Growth & Digital Performance Marketing
- Develop and Execute Digital Marketing Strategies: Align digital initiatives with LINDEMANNLAW’s business goals to increase visibility, enhance engagement, and position the brand as a trusted international legal authority. Architect and lead multi-channel marketing strategies aligned with business priorities and revenue goals.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, high-quality leads, and measurable results. Own the marketing funnel: from traffic generation to lead nurturing and conversion.
- Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key metrics (KPI, ROI, CAC, engagement rates) to inform data-driven decisions and refine strategies.
- Content & Brand Excellence
- Content Creation & Optimization: Develop a distinctive visual and verbal brand voice for premium audiences (UHNWI, C-suite, investors)
- Writing & Proofreading: Lead ideation and execution of content that informs, inspires, and converts: newsletters, legal insights, whitepapers, videos, and social content.
- Ensure elegance, consistency, and tone alignment across every touchpoint
- Brand Management: Maintain a consistent and elegant visual and verbal identity across all digital platforms, ensuring brand recognition and trust.
- Social Media & Community Engagement
- Social Media Management: Grow and manage LINDEMANNLAW’s presence on LinkedIn, X, YouTube and others by crafting relevant, stylish, and professional content, engaging with the audience, and adjusting strategy based on insights.
- Event Promotion: Coordinate and promote webinars, workshops, and international events that enhance the firm’s reputation and global reach.
- Microsoft IT support, e.g. Outlook functions, preparing presentations in PPT, generating documents in Word.
- Research, Innovation & Creativity
- Market Research: Continuously monitor trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities to keep LINDEMANNLAW ahead of the curve.
- PR & Media Collaboration: Engage with media outlets, coordinate interviews, and pitch content to legal and business publications.
- Creative Leadership: Think fast and act creatively, demonstrating good taste, sensitivity to tone, and aesthetic awareness in all campaigns.
- Team Collaboration & Communication
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with lawyers, designers, and external partners to ensure synergy in all marketing activities.
- Transparency & Proactivity: Communicate openly, take initiative, and show genuine enthusiasm and commitment in everything you do.
Location: Zürich, Switzerland (100% at the office)
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing (preferably within legal, finance, or professional services sectors).
- Deep knowledge of digital channels and AI tools (Google Analytics, SEO, SEM, LinkedIn Ads, Hootsuite, Adobe Creative Suite, SORA, Chat GPT, Copilot, Lexology etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German (French, or Russian a plus).
- Aesthetic sensibility, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a high-performing, multicultural team.
