Agnieszka is Of Counsel at LINDEMANNLAW in Warsaw. She is a lawyer with more than 10 years of experience in providing legal advice in the equestrian sector. She prepares and reviews contracts for industry participants, including equestrian center owners, riders, trainers, sponsors, horse breeders, veterinarians, etc.
Agnieszka provides also expert advice and negotiates conditions of purchase and sale agreements in the international horse transactions, including horse auctions. She successfully represents clients in disputes and arbitration proceedings relating to horse defects, damage compensation and infringement of personal rights or copyrights. Moreover, Agnieszka also supports technological startups related to the equestrian industry, such as online horse auction systems. Agnieszka’s expertise extends also to anti–doping and disciplinary proceedings. Agnieszka is an author of publications in horse magazines and a speaker at sports law conferences.
Apart from equestrian law, it is worth mentioning that Agnieszka worked also as a legal advisor for international clients such as Konica Minolta, De’longhi, Alitalia, Astaldi (now: Astaris), Salcef Group and law firms, including Deloitte and Derra, Meyer & Partner Rechtsanwälte PartGmbB from Germany.
She studied both in Poland and Italy (at John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin and University of Libera Università Maria Ss.Assunta in Rome). She also graduated from the School of Italian and European Law at the University of Warsaw. She is a lawyer specializing in sports law, focusing on equestrian law.
Agnieszka is admitted to the bar in Poland.
Agnieszka is an active horse rider and a horse enthusiast. She is particularly interested in horse breeding and the equestrian disciplines – jumping and dressage.
