Dmitry Artyukhov, LL.M., is Of Counsel at LINDEMANNLAW in Madrid. He specializes in the fields of human rights, international sanctions, cross boarder litigation and arbitration.
Dmitry advises clients on matters of civil and administrative law, and represented clients in complex dispute resolution before state courts. He also assists multiple clients in due diligence procedures before international banks and database operators.
Dmitry gained experience both as an in-house lawyer in wholesale and manufacturing companies as well as in legal consulting and is well-versed in the application of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), the Convention on the Recognition and Enforcement of Foreign Arbitral Awards (the New York Convention), as well as the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and other human rights treaties.
Dmitry has written numerous articles on various aspects of international arbitration and cross-border litigation. In 2018-2022 Dmitry was Chief Editor of the journal on international arbitration.
Dmitry holds a Master’s degree in International Law and the Law of the European Union from the Moscow State University of International Relations (MGIMO). He also studied at the University of Zurich, UZH, Faculty of Law.
