Key responsibilities include overseeing business development initiatives, managing budgets, and ensuring effective communication across multiple audience levels. In the HR department she is sourcing LINDEMANNLAW talent together with external experts,  advising on employee development and onboarding processes, and facilitating cross-functional team collaboration to strengthen internal skills and foster professional growth.

With a degree in International Relations from Kazakh American University in Almaty, Kazakhstan she has 15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry. She worked for large Oil and Gas companies and their subcontractors such as North Caspian Operating Company (NCOC) and Bureau Veritas in Kazakhstan as well as in USA with focus on Business Development processes.

With a comprehensive background in business development strategy, B2B sales, and corporate relations across sectors such as Oil & Gas and consulting, she brings extensive expertise in enhancing business growth through strategic planning and building partnerships. Skilled in public speaking, corporate negotiations, and external relations, she excels at identifying new market opportunities, fostering effective partnerships, and driving results that deliver measurable value.

Experienced in team management, event coordination, and resource planning, she maintains a client-focused approach while proactively aligning resources to meet business needs.

She has a proven record of delivering high-quality business cases, managing cross-sector relationships, and conducting thorough market analysis to inform business decisions.
