Riza S. Zulkarnaev, MBA, is a Partner and Senior Of Counsel at LINDAMANNLAW in the Republic of Kazakhstan (RoK) and Commonwealth of Independent States countries.
From 2010 to present day Riza is acting Lead Legal Consultant in an oil and gas company in RoK.
Riza is a member of the Chamber of Legal Consultants “Kazakhstan Bar Association”.
Riza was Deputy of Security and Legal Manager at “ESS Support Services” LLP, the Chief Specialist of the Department of State Legal and Military Mobilization Work of the Akim’s Office of Atyrau region, Assistant Prosecutor in the Prosecutor’s Office of Almaty region and Representative of Justice of Ministry of the RoK.
Riza was educated at the Russian State Oil and Gas University “Gubkin” – MBA (2013-2015, Moscow city, Russian Federation), at the Institute of Administrative Management (2005-2007, London city, United Kingdom), at the University “Kainar”, Faculty of International Law (1995-1999, Almaty city, RoK).
