His career includes prominent positions at PricewaterhouseCoopers, Credit Suisse, and Clifford Chance. Recognized for his expertise, he has received several awards, including Who’s Who Legal as a leading lawyer in investment management and private funds in Switzerland.
Tatyana Davidoff, LL.M., Equity Partner at LINDEMANNLAW
Tatyana advises clients in regulatory matters, cross-border and compliance issues, AML policies. Further, Tatyana advises in Financial and Capital Markets Law, Fund Law, M&A, Real Estate and Relocation as well as  Blockchain and Technology Law. She also sits on selected boards of directors. Tatyana has more than 30 years of working experience, whereof 25 years relevant experience in Switzerland.
