Tatyana Davidoff is a Partner of LINDEMANNLAW. Her practice focuses on family offices and UHNW entrepreneurs mainly from Switzerland and Eastern and Central Europe.
Tatyana advises in mandates requiring representation for regulatory purposes, cross-border compliance issues, AML policies and Board Memberships. Further, Tatyana advises in particular the areas of Financial and Capital Markets Law, Fund Law, Blockchain and Technology Law as well as M&A, Real Estate and Relocation. Tatyana has a Master of Law in International Business Law (LL.M.) from the University of Zürich and Master Degrees in Economics and Mathematics. She studied at major universities – in the Switzerland, UK and Georgia.
She has more than 22 years of qualified banking and industry experience in Swiss Asset Management. She was many years Global Head of Due Diligence Office of HSBC Private Bank. Her remit was global, interacting daily with CEOs, the Front and Group Risk Management worldwide on issues of due diligence, proper client identification and Anti-Money Laundering and prevention of financial crimes. In this role she was inter alia member of the Group Steering Committee for CIS, Eastern and Central Europe and Central Asia.
Tatyana is a regular speaker at conferences in London and Zürich and publishes articles in the professional press on issues of economics and law.
She is the President of a charity foundation in Zürich – https://gd-foundation.com, focusing to support projects in the fields of Society, Academia, Culture and Sport.
Tatyana is fluent in German/English/Russian and has basic knowledge of French and Italian.
