She has over 7 years of international experience in human resources, with a strong focus on Recruitment strategy, Executive hiring, HR process optimization, Employer branding, and Learning & Development. Prior to joining LINDEMANNLAW, Assel held HR roles in the mining and metallurgy, construction, and consulting industries, including positions at Deloitte and Eurasian Resources Group.
Assel holds a Bachelor’s degree in foreign Philology from the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages, a Master of International Business from Hult International Business School in San Francisco and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Lincoln University in California/USA.
Assel speaks English, Kazakh, and Russian fluently, and has working proficiency in German and Turkish.
