Assel Stoller, MBA

Assel Stoller is the Human Resources Manager at LINDEMANNLAW, where she oversees the firm’s talent acquisition, employee retention, career development initiatives, internal and external events, and PR activities. With a global HR background and a strategic mindset, Assel plays a key role in shaping a workplace culture.

She has over 7 years of international experience in human resources, with a strong focus on Recruitment strategy, Executive hiring, HR process optimization, Employer branding, and Learning & Development. Prior to joining LINDEMANNLAW, Assel held HR roles in the mining and metallurgy, construction, and consulting industries, including positions at Deloitte and Eurasian Resources Group.

Assel holds a Bachelor’s degree in foreign Philology from the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages, a Master of International Business from Hult International Business School in San Francisco and an MBA in Human Resource Management from Lincoln University in California/USA.

Assel speaks English, Kazakh, and Russian fluently, and has working proficiency in German and Turkish.
