Peter Vrkljan advises investment funds, asset managers as well as institutional and private investor as of counsel at LINDEMANNLAW. As a private investor he has more than 15 years of experience in real estate, in Eastern European markets as well as equity and bond markets in general. He works as a portfolio manager for a FINMA-regulated investment fund and also as investment committee member for an exchange listed alternative investment fund. He has more than 25 years of experience in the commodities sector. He worked during 15 years for a metal trading company in Zug where he held various positions in options and futures trading, treasury, M&A and was finally responsible for the global physical trading of copper, nickel, precious metal concentrates and ferrochrome. Peter Vrkljan studied at ETH Zurich and completed a MBA from IMD in Lausanne.
Peter’s advisory focus is on legal and financial due diligence for real estate, private debt and other alternative investments, company valuations (asset based as well as earnings value methods, discounted cash flow), independent investigations and audit in the area of investments and asset and wealth management. He advises on corporate governance and provides independent directorships as well as investment committee memberships for investment funds and foundations.
