He specializes in corporate relocation, Swiss tax planning and cross-border structuring, helping international companies, entrepreneurs and investors navigate the complexities of Swiss corporate migration, holding structures and headquarter relocation. With extensive expertise in tax, corporate restructuring and international regulation, Alexander provides strategic guidance on redomiciliation, group consolidation and corporate relocation solutions, ensuring a smooth transition for businesses establishing themselves in Switzerland.

Dr. Tatiana Zakharova, LL.M. is a partner at LINDEMANNLAW, holding a J.D. and LL.M. from Columbia University School of Law in New York. She specializes in financial services, financial services regulation and sanctions, and advises entrepreneurs, asset and wealth managers as well as institutional investors on legal, regulatory and tax matters. With more than 10 years of experience, she structures and sets up investment funds, holdings, foundations and other legal entities, drafts and negotiates cross-border agreements, advises on the tax aspects of investments, and monitors regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions. She previously worked in Zurich, New York and Moscow, including with Credit Suisse, Sidley Austin LLP and Deloitte & Touche. Tatiana is admitted to the bar in New York.

Christian Fischer is Head Private Banking at Banque Richelieu Switzerland, with extensive experience in wealth and asset management across Swiss and international markets. He advises entrepreneurs, business owners and corporate clients on banking relationships and cross-border wealth structuring. With over 16 years of experience in client advisory and leadership roles, Christian combines strategic insight with a strong client-focused approach, supporting businesses and their owners relocating to Switzerland in structuring and managing their assets effectively.
