Dr. Alexander Lindemann is a lawyer and Swiss tax advisor focusing on legal, tax, and regulatory matters for banks, asset managers, and investors. He has held senior roles at Clifford Chance, PwC, and Credit Suisse, and is President of the Swiss Capital Market Forum. He advises across multiple jurisdictions including Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Philipp Arnet – Managing Partner, CFM Partners
Philipp Arnet is an experienced M&A advisor with over 25 years’ experience in the M&A and financial services sectors. He has led numerous transactions across Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and globally, specializing in banking, asset management, and insurance. Formerly Head of EY’s Financial Services Transaction Advisory in Switzerland, he is a Swiss CPA and holds a BA in Economics.

Dr. Tatiana Zakharova – Partner, LINDEMANNLAW
Dr. Tatiana Zakharova is an international lawyer (NY & Russia) with over a decade of experience advising financial institutions and UHNWIs on cross-border legal and regulatory matters. She specializes in fund structuring, M&A due diligence, and sanctions compliance. Tatiana holds law degrees from Columbia and Moscow State University.

Dominik Mazur – Partner & Tax Leader, LINDEMANNLAW
Dominik Mazur is a Swiss Certified Tax Expert advising financial institutions, investors, and companies on Swiss and international tax matters. His focus includes corporate taxation, regulatory tax compliance, and M&A structuring. He has held senior tax roles at Rothschild & Co, Banco Itaú (Suisse), SIX Group and ZKB, and holds an LL.M. in banking law.
