In Partnership:
LINDEMANNLAW is delighted to invite you to an exclusive online workshop focused on Swiss operational taxes for clients of Swiss and Liechtenstein asset managers. The workshop will be held in two sessions: one in English at 11:00 CET and a second session in German at 15:00 CET.
In practice, many transactions fall into areas where Swiss tax regulations lack clarity, making full compliance and smooth tax audits a challenge. This often leads to uncertainty and discussions within financial institutions, asset and fund managers, and even with tax authorities and auditors.
In those sessions, our experienced speakers will share recurring issues observed in client work, along with practical tips, current trends, and strategic approaches to addressing them.
