He has over 15 years of successful track record in litigation before civil, criminal as well as administrative courts in Switzerland, in arbitration, regulation and financial authorisations with FINMA, CSSF, FMA, CBI as well as blockchain, crypto and fintech including token and DLT regulation in Switzerland, Liechtenstein.

Lionel Patrick Serex, Esq., LL.M., MBA, arrives directly from a Swiss Casino Group, where he headed the Legal & Compliance Department. Prior to this, he practiced law for over 15 years with renowned law firms in Geneva and in Zurich.
In addition to his legal practice, he has also been very active in the regulatory field. Lionel Patrick Serex has proven and solid experience in the above-mentioned fields, as well as a demanding and prestigious educational background (Executive MBA Focus International Management in German and English from the University of Zürich completed in March 2023; Executive Education, Yale University, School of Management, New Haven, Connecticut, achieved in June 2022; LL.M. in International Business and Economic Law, Georgetown University Law Center, Washington D.C., 2010).
A native French speaker, he is fluent in German and English.
