Ariel focuses on modern mobile entrepreneurs, family offices and astute international families. His practice involves wealth and estate planning in various jurisdictions, cross-border structuring, business law, succession planning, M&A, risk mitigation, relocation/immigration and art. Thanks to 34 years of advisory practice and leadership in the banking world in Switzerland and Liechtenstein up to the level of CEO, Ariel brings a vast amount of legal and practical know-how to the fingertips of our clients. Prior to joining LINDEMANNLAW Ariel was Member of the Executive Board in charge of Private Banking at Schroder & Co Bank AG Zürich as well as CEO and Partner at Kaiser Partner Privatbank AG Liechtenstein.
His preferred markets continue to be Switzerland and neighbouring countries, Luxemburg, Monaco, the United Kingdom, Eastern Europe and Russian-speaking countries. For our clients this is an invaluable asset for Corporate Board-memberships, Directorships – especially in regulated entities – and Board Mandates in Trusts, Foundations and Charities. As a business economist with a Doctorate, Ariel has a Master of Law in International Business Law (LL.M.) from the University of Zurich and is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
