Our Managing Partner Dr. iur. Alexander Lindemann states: We are thrilled that Raphael Züger has joined our team. He has a successful track record of more than seven years of in the area of private, capital markets and banking law with a focus on blockchain and digital assets and financial licenses in Switzerland and abroad. As he is also a public notary, he provides the full range of services and advises and realizes projects from the initial idea through to implementation.

As legal counsel Raphael worked for an industrial holding as well as private and crypto banks regulated in Switzerland, such as e.g. SEBA Bank AG and Bank Julius Baer. He understands the commercial needs of financial institutions and emphasizes in his advice the economic aspects. Raphael Züger has proven and solid experience in the above-mentioned fields, as well as a demanding and prestigious educational background (LL.M. from the King’s College London in International Financial & Commercial Law (ongoing), CAS Cryptocurrencies and Cryptofinance, Admission as Notary Public). He advises in German, English and French and has conversational knowledge in Spanish and Serbian.
